Turn Around Time (TAT)

Turn around time is normally 2-3 weeks for Made to Order (MTO) and custom orders, not including shipping time. This time does increase during holidays, so please reach out before ordering if you need by a specific date.

Turn around time for Ready to Ship (RTS) tumblers is 1 week, not including shipping time. This is due to the last coat of epoxy needing to be applied after ordering (just in case personalization is desired!)

Returns/Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Care Instructions

(As with any stainless steel tumbler)

Hand wash only
No abrasive cleaning on the epoxy/outside
Tumblers are heat sensitive. Do not expose to flames, hot vehicles, or microwaves.
Epoxy can crack or chip if dropped. Please handle it with care. I cannot be responsible for mishandling.

Each item is made to order and due to the process of making each item, minor imperfections are unavoidable. I will do my best to make sure your tumbler is in the best shape for gifting before sending it to you. 😊

Each tumbler is handmade to your preference, with high quality mica powders, glitter, and epoxy. Each cup is made with FDA compliant epoxy with a smooth, glass like finish.
